Each module spans 1–2 weeks, with 3–4 short, practical lessons per module (around 30–45 min total learning per week).

I am looking forward to helping you through this journey as I have been on it for the past 5 years when I was retrenched from my secure job of 12 years. Left with a new bond, as I had just purchased my new home as well as being a Single Mom to support my son. I was struggling emotionally to get over the shock of being retrentched and not able to find another job. The stress and emotional struggle was guided by constant need to support my family and ensure I never stopped striving to get myself to where I knew I could be and help many other people who experiencing similar versions of their own stories.

I have through my various stages of my journey studied about the different functioning of the body, mind and general wellbeing to not only help myself but also the people around me on this exciting journey of life.

It is not what happens to us that determines who and how we turn out, it is how we get up and decide to take on the next day, that determines who and how you show up. Not to everyone around you but first and foremost to yourself.
